  • The Publisher’s Properties is designed and made available by the Company and /or its affiliates to provide to its Users services such as (i) facilitating placement of third party digital advertisements on digital properties in a designated space after approval (“Publisher’s Properties”); (ii) publishing digital advertisements on Publisher Properties; (iii) permitting agencies to monitor deliverables of the digital advertisements; (iv) facilitating digital signages and other promotions and/or campaigns on the Publisher Properties and (v) such other services as may be provided by the Company from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Services”).


 

  • Your (“Publisher”, “Supply Partner”, “Demand Partner”, “you”, “your” or “User”) use of the Publisher’s Properties is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).


 

  • Your use of the Publisher’s Properties requires that you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Content Policy of the Publisher’s Properties. By using our Services, you acknowledge to have read, understood and you consent to be governed and bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Content Policy of the Publisher’s Properties. Content Policy of the Publisher’s Properties, or do not accept any part of them, then you should not use the Services provided via the Publisher’s Properties / Services provided by the Company.


 

  • The Terms are an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended / re-enacted / replaced) (“IT Act”) and rules thereunder, and is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics code) Rules, 2021, which mandates publishing of rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the Publisher’s Properties.
