Avoid drinking water in a standing position. Whenever possible, sit and drink water slowly.
Ensure to not consume fruits along with your lunch. It is best advised to have it either before or after for effective digestion.
Avoid eating excessive amounts of food all at one go. Take a small portion size to eat first and then you may get a refill if you feel hungry.
Do not practice Yoga at erratic times of the day. Keep an hour free for sadhana once you wake up in the morning or have time in the evening to complete your practice. Freeze one particular hour from your schedule for this everyday without any distractions.
